Engine 19
Engine 19 is a 2001 Seagrave engine, that can carry up to 10 firefighters. Engine 19 is our primary attack piece and runs first out to all structure calls in Lansdowne Borough, as well as trash and vehicle fires. Engine 19 is the second out piece of apparatus on mutual aid to East Lansdowne and Yeadon Boroughs and third out to Clifton Heights Borough. As the attack piece Engine 19 carries 500' of preconnected 1 3/4" line and 200' of preconnected 2 1/2" line. Engine 19 also carries the company's thermal imaging camera. This camera allows fire fighters to see heat sources, whether it be fire hidden in the wall or a victim through the smoke, and is a valuable piece of equipment. Engine 19 carries two electric fans, one is for positive pressure ventilation. Engine 19 is well equipped to handle any type of emergency it may face.
Pipeline 19
Pipeline 19 is a 1994 Seagrave engine, that until last year was our first out engine. Pipeline 19 can carry up to 10 firefighters to an emergency. This engine is called a pipeline because it carries 1500' of 5" hose. Pipeline 19 also carries 500' of 1 3/4" preconnected attack line, 200' of preconnected 2 1/2" attack line. This engine also carries 200' of 3 1/2" supply line and 150' of extra 1 1/2" attack line. This engine also has 750 gallons of water, and a 1250 GPM pump. Pipeline 19 also carries a full supply of engine company equipment similar to that carried on Engine 19. Pipeline 19 runs first out on nuisance calls and to Clifton Heights Borough. The Pipeline as it is called is third due to structure calls in Lansdowne, East Lansdowne and Yeadon Boroughs.
Truck 19
Ladder 19 is a 1984 Hahn Fire Spire 106' aerial. The ladder is equipped with a PTO driven pump and 250 gallons of water. Ladder 19 is also equipped with a full complement of ground ladders. Ladder 19 has two circular saws, (one for opening roofs and the other for cutting metal) and a fire service chain saw for opening roofs. Ladder 19 also has a generator for auxiliary power and to provide on scene lighting. This truck also carries various size ropes for rescues and hauling tools. Ladder 19 is equipped with numerous hand tools, two fans, (one electric and one positive pressure), and salvage equipment. Ladder 19 can carry up to six firefighters to a call. Ladder 19 is the second due piece of apparatus to building fires in the Boroughs of Lansdowne and Clifton Heights and first out to East Lansdowne and Yeadon Boroughs. Over the years Ladder 19 has won numerous awards, at parades and fire service competitions as the best appearing and equipped aerial.
Utility 19

Engine 19-3 1954 Mack
Engine 19-3 is a 1954 Mack with a 750 GPM pump and 300 gallon water tank. Engine 19-3 carries 2000' of 3" supply line and 500' of assorted attack lines. This engine also carries assorted hand tools and engine company equipment. Because it was built in 1954 Engine 19-3 does not carry as much equipment as a modern day engine company. Engine 19-3 is still in service today and does respond to calls occasionally, although it is used primarily for parades and public relations. In January of 2000 19-3 responded to a multiple alarm fire in Upper Darby Township and supplied several engines and a ladder pipe for several hours. So although Engine 19-3 is almost 50 years old it still can perform as if it was brand new.
